Week 9: Power Rankings

November 10, 20103 Comments

The cellar is open and ready for business in Week 9.

It looks like the Bengals, Bills, and Cowboys will be spending the rest of the season in the friendly confines that the cellar provides to all its tenants. This kind of season has to be especially disappointing for Cowboys and Bengals fans who were expecting their respective teams to be playoff contenders.

The Chargers are starting to surge and are looking like contenders in a muddled AFC West. However, I wouldn’t jump the gun just yet because it looks like the Raiders and Chiefs are in the division race for the long haul this season.

The Lions are another team that appears to be on the rise, though the injury to Matthew Stafford will certainly limit their success going forward.

32 – Bills (0 – 8 )
31 – Panthers (1 – 7)
30 – Broncos (2 – 6)
29 – Cowboys (1 – 7)
28 – 49ers (2 – 6)
27 – Bengals (2 – 6)
26 – Cardinals (3 – 5)
25 – Seahawks (4 – 4)
24 – Jaguars (4 – 4)
23 – Lions (2 – 6)
22 – Chargers (4 – 5)
21 – Redskins (4 – 4)

Yeah, you’re right. There’s nothing to jump to any conclusion yet as tables may turn to any of the teams on the rise. Way to go Cowboys!
